Ballet is based on the Vaganova Syllabus. Jazz and tap are based on the C.D.T.A. Syllabus.
The studio offers our very popular OPEN Recreational program for students of all ages who wish to dance for enjoyment, exercise and the pure fun of it!
It is required that all exam students take one ballet class and one GFT (Ground Force Technique) class per week.
Exclusive to Centre Stage is the Ground Force Technique class.
In this class you will increase your flexibility & strength by improving your technical skills and staying motivated, inspired and feeling totally empowered! Building a strong, solid and safe foundation is the key to peak performance and the longevity of a dancer’s body.
Come experience the difference! Take your dancing to the next level!
Private and semi-private training is also available upon request. Your abilities will be discussed and assessed.
With your best interests in mind, a qualified teacher will be assigned to meet your needs.
